"You would not believe your eyes, If ten million fireflies, lit up the world as I fell asleep" ~ PERSONALITY ~
John is an oddball, dorky person. He comes off as a bit of a nerd (which he is) and can be pretty awkward to talk to. He opens up mostly to his close friends but even then his dry humor and quirky hijinks tend to make situations weird. John can be serious at times but these times are very rare, as he is a simpleton and has done some pretty stupid things during his time playing the game. That said, he normally comes to very odd conclusions and makes pretty stupid ideas, although they are very rarely carried out.
John has a number of interests, ranging from horrible movies to magic tricks, although he's stopped doing the latter when he played the game (but is still interested in them). He cares a lot about his friends, even buying them presents for their birthdays even though he never saw them in person prior to the game. He is goodnatured and upbeat, although sometimes a little too happy, and is pretty easy to lead around, even thought he doesn't like being bossed around. His friends consider him to be the leader of the group, although he doesn't see himself as their leader.
A big movie buff, John practically worships Nicolas Cage and the movies he's been in, particularly Con Air, and even has the bunny from the movie that needs to be put back in the box. PUT THE BUNNY. BACK IN. THE BOX. ~ FRIENDS ~
Making friends is something that will either be incredibly easy for John, or incredibly hard. He can be pretty charismatic, attracting a lot of people to him, but he can also be very awkward and hard to talk to at times. He's more than a little out of his element here, coming from a modern-day society, but he's passed through the game before, so he'll probably be fine. ~ LOVERS ~ Egbert's proclaimed that he doesn't want to deal with a relationship, and only wanted to beat the game - but the game is over for him now. He's a pretty odd person, and an even more awkward teenager, so relationships with him may be a little stressed at first but he would, without a doubt, open up over time. He may also be a little slow and oblivious towards advances, you'd have to push through that! ~ ENEMIES ~ It's very hard to say who would be an enemy of Egbert and who wouldn't. It's pretty situational, as he doesn't make a lot of enemies. He does, though, get mad at people - but even then he doesn't hold grudges. Someone would have a bone to pick with him before he had one to pick with them, basically. His idiotic side may, er, 'aid' in that department. He's skeptical of anyone who doesn't like Nicolas Cage, though. "I'd like to make myself believe, that planet Earth turns slowly, it's hard to say that I'd rather stay awake when I'm asleep, 'cause everything is never as it seems, when I fall asleep"

I'm gonna bump this with a list of everything in John's inventory, to keep track of it, as well as a short summary of his time spent in Aldeon. ~ WALLET MODUS CONTENTS ~ - Casey (Lizard/Daughter?)
- 1 METRIC TONNE of SHAVING CREAM
- 10 METRIC TONNES OF PIPE TOBACCO
- 3 PILES OF FATHERLY PIPES
- 1 PILE OF MANUAL SHAVING RAZORS
- A few different CHANGES OF CLOTHING
- STRIFE DECK
~ STRIFE DECK CONTENTS ~ [/b] [li] POP-O-MATTIC VRILLEYHOO HAMMER [/li][/ul] ~ Journey So Far ~ John awoke in the middle of a grassy field, alone except for Casey, unknowingly being followed by Touma Kamijou.
He kept walking through the night, and eventually stumbled upon a stable, where he met Ann Darow. The two quickly became friends, both very perplexed and slightly startled by their new surroundings. After a bit of confusion as Ann claimed to know King Kong, the two took to the air to move faster.
John's search for civilization lead him through a forest, in which he stayed for many days, before running into Melody M. Grandere and Rek'aa Hakk. A little out of place, some light is shed on this strange land, apparently titled 'Aldeon'.
Drawn to the mountains with a taste for adventure, John curiously pokes his head into the depths of the rock, only to unknowingly stir up Smeagle and hold up his lunchtime. They had a rather uneventful round of riddles, and John lost, catching a fish for Smeagle before he rushed out, not wanting anything to do with the once-hobbit.
On the path into the city, he met up with Cherry. The two fought against a pack of battle-ready Orcs.

John and Clark
Oh yes, John would certainly be very confused xD But I'm sure an encounter would be jolly, John tends to 'click' with a lot of people and if one of those people turns out to be Superman? Then that's just swell! They could certainly have some pretty cool adventures, I'd love to do some adventurin' with you ~

John and ClarkI'd rather you start it, if you don't mind, but if you don't want to I actually already have an open thread you can join in here: open threadIf you'd rather it just be John and Clark, though, It would be best if you started a new one. John and JarodThe pair would definitely be amazing, John tends to add a flair of uniqueness to any pairing and dynamic duo! I'd love to get the chance to play that out, but I'm kind of stocked up on threads at the moment.
