Guilt was a horribly nasty thing. Gnawing away at her insides and breaking her down. She felt guilty for so many of her flaws, so many things. Her lover she had robbed him of his confidence and of his sanity. he was distraught, thin, slowly deteriorating and for what? Because she could not keep her feelings to herself? Because she was stupid enough to seek the help of another equally powerful demon. With a snarl she pushed herself to run harder... faster. She made the earth beneath her feet swallow her pains and her guilts. Today she would forget everything, anything that made her human, she wanted to forget everything for a day, let her beast claim her and let the damnable demon within her take her soul. Thanks to Rumple... she could now summon the beast at will.
A monstrous roar had her halting though. The ground shook, the trees trembled and birds scattered to the winds... something was wrong, something was here. Her eyes narrowed, fierce and cruel, they would regret this day that they had crossed paths with her. Nimble fingers stripped the clothes from her body, shedding the hunting boots the pants, her corset the loose undershirt, her undergarments, all of it abandoned and left behind as she sprinted through the trees bare as the day she was born. She burst through the trees and the two trolls jumped in surprise.
Ruby snarled, her body morphing mid run into the massive wolf. Claws the size of a humans forearm ripped into the giants belly, seeking a hold. Teeth clamped down hard on the creatures throat, tearing away a large chunk of flesh, its jugular flailed pathetically covering both her and its pale flesh in blood. The other brought a spiked club down upon her back and she yelped, bounding away with a snarl, readying herself for the second.
Trolls were nasty creatures, pale skin that seemed almost milky boils and lacerations oozing pus, fat flab's that jiggled when they moved... and all with a taste for human flesh. She snarled at the beast and it charged. Red dodged the swinging club once and coiled her jaws around its leg, snapping the thick appendage, bringing the troll to the ground with a scream of pain. The earth trembled as its mighty form fell and she wasted no time in scrambling up its back. She coiled her jaws around its thick vertebrae and crunched down hard. Killing the troll quickly, a foreign scent brought her eyes back up to center, golden and flickering as she watched the trees, daring whoever it was to face her.

Loki was having a rather off day, those around him knew it. Not that anyone really dared approached him with his odd and foreign Gungnir. He smiled and twirled it in his hands then throwing it up in the air. Quickly and effortless his hand snatched it as it fell. The day had started back up in this odd but, easy to dominate place. No Avengers to lock him in jail he thanked whoever did this in his mind. He wondered if anyone had ever heard of the teseract. Mortals were stupid though and didn't know of it. He could tell by how easily they submitted as he passed by. He chuckled and kept walking on a path of dirt. Even if the Avengers had come, the forest was too big. Even for the Hulk. Besides what did they care for this puny little planet? All they were concerned about was precious little earth. Loki had been in far galaxies and earth was not the greatest, in fact it was the weakest. He tightened his grip on the Gungnir as he relived the moment of the Avengers finally capturing him. No he would not let this happen. Not this time. Loki wasn't really sure where he was but, he liked it. It was smaller than earth and probably would be easy to conquer. He wouldn't play his cards yet. He'd hold off. Just for now. Then something caught his nose. It was the smell of blood. Blood was not a smell Loki feared or dreaded. Blood was the sign of victory. Someone or something was near. With the Gungnir in hand he leaned against a tree and watched as a rather large wolf kill some sort of crazy mystical being. The creature the wolf was gnawing on looking familiar. Most likely it was a planet he had visited. Oh well. The wolf turned and stared at him. He stared right back with his shocking blue eyes. He chuckled. "Something tells me your not a normal wolf." He said. This wolf was no normal wolf. It was huge and powerful. Powerful. Loki needed powerful beings.

Red had traded a piece of her soul for control of the wolf. She owned the beast, every muscle, every nerve, every fiber, was fully under Red's control. She harnessed its power like the deadly destructive force it was, besides being short of a dragon, there was little in this realm that could best the beast. That did not mean she could not be wounded. The puncture wounds in her back were a testament to that, but the werewolf's unnatural strength and stamina made it very difficult to best her. The size of a rather large horse the creatures claws could rip a human in two and one canine averaged about the length of one's arms, she was not short of weapons that could destroy.
But the creature that emerged from the woods was not a troll... or an orc... or a goblin... the wolf relaxed, her lips fell back over her teeth and she relaxed her stance. Her nostrils flare and she slunk off the rotting corpse of the troll. Her feelings for Dorian had returned to the forefront of her mind and perhaps this stranger with his bizarre weaponry and attire was the key to distracting her if only for a short time. She approached him slowly and with all the time in the world in every monstrous step. When she reached naught but a few feet away she morphed back down. Skull becoming more human, paws became hands, feet, toes, and fingers, fur retreating back into tanned flesh and gold reverting back to an emerald green. Naked as the day she was born she met his gaze with a challenge. She was not so easily pushed around.
"No... I'm not." She spoke plainly, neither a threat, or a warning, merely answering his question as a violent shiver wracked her body once, her spine cracking back into place. It was his move, this was his game.

He nodded trying to put on the sympathetic act. He did pretty good. With slight movement he pointed his Gungnir to the two dead trolls. Gripping it tightly a blue zap struck both the trolls and they quickly dissolved into the air. He smiled and looked back at her, "Now then, tell me what the problem is." He couldn't have sappy werewolves crying over lost boyfriends. What a fire that would conjure. He looked down at the Gungnir and examined the blue bit toward the front. This is what fueled his precious Gungnir. if anyone ever took it...well they wouldn't live to tell the story. In all honesty Loki did not care for the girl's feelings but, she had clearly demonstrated power. A power that many races of beings lacked to show. He was not scared of her. He'd seen much worse. Her eyes flickered with challenge and he did not like it but, nor did he submit to her gaze. There was another problem. He did not need powerful being questioning his every act. Although killing her in her mortal form would be easy if he had too. Something told him he'd need full force in his Gungnir to take down the wolf in her. A faint smile crossed his face in thought but, he kept his gaze with her's. He'd be willing to accept her non-submissive behavior if she respected him as a leader. Wolves needed to learn who the alpha was. She needed to understand this. He held off his next action until she responded

Slowly... slowly but surely a grin swept across her face, her green eyes sparkled with humor and laughter like the tinkling of soft bells, poured from her mouth. She brought a hand to her mouth to shield her laughter and finally managed to gain control of herself. She rolled her eyes and headed off to the left where her clothes still remained scattered and tugged them on. Blood from her hands and mouth stained the material as she tugged and fought to pull all the layers on.
"Oh my dear... you watch me kill two trolls, no mind you they are nasty, grotesque things who prefer to eat people while they are still squirming, but never-the-less... morph from a ton pound monster back into a human, covered in blood mind you, and the first thing you ask me...is if I have a problem? Do you not see the humor in such a question? I have far too many problems to count." She flashed him a smile and her eyes twinkled with delight, she was not mocking him, merely speaking her mind. She walked back over to him, corset in hand and cocked her head to the side surveying his odd attire before sighing softly.
"You're not from around here are you? My name is Red... or Ruby, whichever you prefer. I am the resident werewolf of Aledon." She held out her free hand for him to shake. His attire was strange to her, not even on Earth had she seen such bizarre clothing, she chewed her lip thoughtfully, she knew nothing of his power or the bizarre weapon of which he held, perhaps humor was the best route to take here. "I don't suppose you would know how to lace a corset?"

A smile crept up his face and his blue eyes dazzled with amusement, "I do see but, there are greater problems, problems in languages and governments that earth has never seen or heard from..." He said with a spark of seriousness. "To the lighter matter of things, I am not of this earth that is easily seen." His helment was not on for he only wore it during battles. Still Loki stuck out like a sore thumb. That was fine. He wanted people to know his name. "Well Ruby, I am Loki. Adopted son of Odin." he said bowing slightly. Of course Loki held no respect for his father anymore. After he lied to Loki about being his son. It was however, a title that came with privillages. His eyes hardened slightly and he narrowed his eyes slightly, "Ruby ladies do not just turn into wolves over night, may I ask how you came to become a were-wolf?" His voice was not offensive if anything respectable. He'd seen his fair share of were-creatures, she was powerful, different, strong. Key elements in Loki's Allies. The God of Micheif looked down at his Gungnir. Unfortunately, betrayl was always something Loki had been prepared for. He could zap this girl out of existence with a slight jerk of his hand. Something told him that he'd need full power in the Gungnir to take on her wolven side. Loki looked back up from his mischevious thoughts and caught her last question. Could he lace a courcet? He'd seen many things and that was one of them. He'd seen servants tie them for queens of galaxies. He'd even seen a assasanation using one. The servant had squezed the life out of the queen. Loki, since her kingdom was allied with his plots had destroyed the servant with no thought to it. The Gungnir felt natural and it's power connected with him. "With the things I've learned I'd sure hope that I could." He laced the courcet and then took his position back.

He laced the corset with practiced ease and she wondered just how many woman he had done so with. A coy smile rose to her face as she thought of how many times she had worn one just to drive Dorian mad... of course she enjoyed driving Dorian mad for a plethora of reasons that usually had her bent over some piece of his furniture, but those thoughts would do her no good out in the woods with a stranger, and so, for now, she pushed them away to the recesses of her mind to give him her utmost attention.
"There are dilemmas in every corner of every world I would imagine, the nature of those aforementioned problems merely shift... it tis a pleasure to meet you all the same Loki, adopted son of Odin." Red was not a fool by any means, she would not be bought or won over by simple charm or a wicked smile... well.... not by anyone save for Dorian but- damn it! Stop thinking of Dorian! She almost growled and barely managed to restrain herself, it would do her no good if he decided to stab her with that fancy scepter of his and she didn't really have the desire to engage in another fight this day, however as he brought up her curse her eyes sparkled with something dark, gold flickering through the green before fading out once more.
"It tis a curse. We are called quite elegantly, Children of Luna." Her eyes glanced up at the very visible moon. She knew not where the curse had originated from, the one person who could have told her, she had killed, she winced slightly at that thought. "Its origins are unknown to me and there are very few of us left. Most are wild and rather vicious things."
