The Goblin King looked at Sarah and he smiled to her. She looked like she was happy though he could figure that she wasn’t completely happy, that she missed her family. He had promised her that he would find her brother and her family. He would do everything that he could for the young girl who had defeated his labyrinth, something not many, if at all, no one has done. He taught her the lessons she needed to learn and she didn’t give up. He supposed that it was because she had the drive to get her baby brother back.
Jareth looked back out the window, still listening to young Sarah Williams as he just stared out the window she told him that it was a song called diamonds, and it was nothing as deep as he could sing. She then said that he has a sweet voice, something she would never forget. Jareth looked at her and he smiled. He rather enjoyed singing and that was how he expressed himself every once in a while.
Jareth was staring out the window still and he felt Sarah’s hand on his back. She had told him that she never thought she would see one of his goblins here. He nodded. He looked back over at her and decided that it was time to tell her the truth about it all, what he had said to his goblins.
“Sarah, there are more than just them. I ordered them to keep away from you because i don’t know what they would do. Tricky fellows they are.” Jareth said to her honestly.

Sarah smiled at Jareth and was honestly at peace with him, she missed Toby more then anything. Her parents always to busy to give a crap about her, so really she did not miss her parents. She loved the way Jareth smiled at her. Made her feel like everything was wonderful in the world. She was not worried about anything that much she was very sure about.
But then he said what he did about his Goblins and smiled at him, so he was worried about her and shook her head. Looking at the Goblins it actually made her think of a song that was rather weird even for her world. But she just thought of other things as well, brushing a strand of her dark brown hair out of her eyes and silently sighed. And began to wonder something.
"Would they dare do anything to me Jareth? I mean I am yours after all. I would think they would be to scared about upsetting you. I love you Jareth and I love the fact you are very protective over me, but you cannot always keep the goblins at bay. I mean one day you could be off for a walk and something could happen , I maybe human but I am resourceful you should know that"
She chuckled a little bit and watched them, it always made her curious. All in all things were just rather complicated, and knew that she had to get use to the world she was in now. But she did want Jareth to know how much she cared for him, resting her head against his arm as she looked at the beauty that his castle had, the scope was great for the imagination.

Jareth still looked down at the goblins. None of them knew he was looking at them which made him question their intelligence a little bit. The Goblin King wondered if his fears would be realized, if his fears involving his beloved Sarah Williams come true. If they had the Goblin King would surely never forgive himself. He had promised the girl he would keep her safe and he intended on keeping that promise. He also knew that it extends to his goblin subjects as well. If they hurt Sarah he would banish them all, not allowing them to step foot into the castle. They would have to stay where they are now and pray that Jareth doesn’t turn around and kill them all. He was good at installing fear into the Goblins. It was his job after all.
Sarah started talking and Jareth listened. He still stared out the window though. She wanted to know why they would do anything to her since she is his. She said that they would be too scared to upset him. Jareth nodded. They better be scared. If they upset him, he would be extremely angry. She then said he couldn’t always keep the Goblins at bay, she said that one day he could be gone on a walk and something could happen. She then said that she maybe human but she was resourceful. He knew that.
“they know that if they dare upset me, I will give them a world of hell.” Jareth said in a stern voice. “but their behavior is still unpredictable. Be careful around them.” Jareth then said, looking over to Sarah so she could see the seriousness in his eyes and the worry that he has for her.

Sarah listened to what he said and had a feeling he was truly afraid of something. Looking at him she saw the way he looked at her, and he never looked at her this way unless it was important. She nodded a little bit as her brown eyes looked at the goblins. So curious Jareth was, she loved him and would obey him. But all in all something else was going on that she did not know. She just wished she knew what was going on with him.
"If you are so worried about what may or may not happen with me Jareth, why allow them to be here. I mean I get it compared to you I am nothing more then a weak child. But what will you be willing to sacrifice to keep me safe Jareth? It is a question I believe I know. I am just curious if even you realize just how much you love me. All I want is for you to be safe to be okay. I understand you Jareth like no other can ever hope to understand. But I will be okay"
Sarah looked into his eyes and smiled a bit, she loved him more then anything. And it surprised even her what she was willing to do, all in all this was meant to be that she knew. sighing softly as she ran her fingers through her dark brown hair. Resting her head on his shoulder. Sometimes it surprised Sarah how it was possible to love someone so much. But she would do anything to keep him happy, to keep them content.
She watched the goblins moving around the way that they did, hearing there voices. And deep down it felt like Jareth was on the edge, she just wished he would tell her if he knew something. Sometimes things were not meant to be known. But when it came to Jareth he knew much more then what any mortal would ever know, making her wonder how he will make her immortal.

Jareth looked at Sarah Williams. The very sight of her was something that he longed for, for a very long time and now that she had agreed to marry him, the Goblin couldn’t be any happier than what he was now. He just needed to make sure that this was exactly what she wanted and not something that was influenced by him. He didn’t want to force her to do anything against her will. That wasn’t the love that he wanted from her. She didn’t need that from him.
Jareth then looked back out at the courtyard and he just stared at all the goblins that were goofing around, causing trouble among themselves, something that Jareth wished they wouldn’t do all the time. At least they had the common sense not to do it around and to him. The voice from beside him caused his head to turn and look at Sarah. She asked him if he was worried, why he would allow the goblins here. She then went on and said that she understood that to him she was a weak child and she then asked him how much he would sacrifice for her. He wondered why she would even ask something like that. Jareth knew that he would die today if that meant her happiness, safety and guaranteed that she would get whatever she really wanted. Jareth wondered if she really knew the answer, but she then went on and said that it was something that she think she knows the answer to already. Jareth nodded to her and she then said that all she wanted was for him to be safe. She tried to reassure him that she would be okay.
“I cant kick them out. This is their home too.” Jareth said to Sarah about the Goblins. He wouldn’t answer her other question though. That was something he would like to keep to himself. “do you feel comfortable around them?” Jareth asked her curiously, wondering what she was going to say.
