Wandering the streets of the Aldeon she looked about her surroundings. She was their Queen and she was dressed in her casual clothing that she would wear in Storybrooke Maine. A sigh escaped her and she explored the little place that she now called home. Finally entering into the pawn shop she had a few matters to discuss with Mr. Gold and she paused for sometime as she looked around.
There only matters of time that she would come in here. Asking for a deal or anything else really. "Gold...? " she called. Wondering where the man was. While she stood there she looked at the interesting objects in his shop. The baby mobile was still hanging within the shop and she wanted to get it back desperately. But however she wasn't too sure on what to use it for now. Snow frowned at it as she walked towards it and examined it.
Snow pulled away and she waited for him to come out. Unsure of where to go or what to talk about. He had helped her in so many ways on forgetting Charming and things like that. Bringing them back together, she just wanted to talk to him about why they were here in this world. And not back home.

This was home, sure he had a house near the castle that was rather large but this was where he spent most of his time. He even had a bunk in one of the rooms upstairs. The basement was used for magic and everything connected to it… a lock room no one could get into. He didn’t want anyone to know he had his powers back, only one who really had an idea was Belle and he wasn’t sure how she was going to deal with it or was dealing with it.
He heard the bell ringing the moment the door had opened and closed. ’A customer…wonder what they are going to offer or want from me’ Gold thought as he sat the watch he was cleaning down on the table. He removed the black wool gloves he was wearing. Adjusted his purple tie that stood out from the deep plum color dress shirt that was under his typical black suit. Gold reached up and removed the glasses he was wearing before he headed out to the front of the store.
Standing there watching as Mary Margret handled the baby mobile, which had no use or propose for him. It was just another usually object that would most likely bring him some gold or something else of value from an expecting family. His brown eyes watched her closely, studying her knowing fully that she would want it back. However at this moment, she had nothing he wanted… ”What is it dearie?” He said, his voice carrying that bit of accent that was distinctive to him. Gold wasn’t sure what she wanted from him after all she knew magic came with a price.
Gold leaned into his cane a bit more as he stood there, waiting to hear what she wanted. His gaze was emotionless as well as his expression. There was nothing to read into him. He was always good at hiding things from people and remaining a secret.

Opening up the door the bell ringing indicated someone was within his shop. So he had to be somewhere and she looked around her surroundings. There were so many things within his shop and she said nothing for a moment as she awaited for him. Eyeing the baby mobile for Emma she frowned and she walked towards it and touching one of the unicorns that were on there. How she missed those times of Emma being a baby and missing out on teaching her everything she needed to know of how to be a princess.
It was very silent until she heard his voice and she paused on what she was doing. Snow looked at him and she said nothing for a moment. "I need to ask you something" she said as she came towards the glass counter of where he stood and she said nothing else. Studying him and she looked at him again.
"Why are we here? If the curse broke why did it bring us here, and not back home to our rightful place?" she asked suddenly. Placing her hands on the glass counter and eyeing him. "Did /you/ bring us here?" she asked with a raised eyebrow.

Gold stood where he was just watching Mary Margret touch one of the unicorns on the baby mobile and he couldn’t pass up the chance to offer it to her...of course with a price that was. ”Must be heartache knowing you can never go back and watch her grow up. Not that you can’t have another child. Your welcome to that… for a price.” He grinned. Old habits were hard to break and some chances were too hard not to take. But he really didn’t want anything yet from Mary Margret, not yet anyways.
When she spoke of needing to ask him something, he already knew what it was but wasn’t going to let her know she had a part in it. Gold stood there emotionless, just as he always did. ”What would that be dearie?” He asked even though he already knew. His eyes watched as she came closer to the counter, closer to him. All the times she played right into his hand, all the times he managed to get what he wanted in the grand scheme of trying to get his son back. Luckily no one knew he was behind the curse, behind of all of his.
Then came the question about how they got here and more questions about the curse. A slight shrug of his shoulders was given. ”I am afraid, I have no answers. You should find Regina and ask her. Though I am afraid I have not seen her around here yet dearie.” Showing no of his cards or emotion on this subject, he just stood there as calm as can be. His eyes glanced back at the mobile she was playing with before looking at her. ”I have no magic, so how could I bring us back here?” Though that wasn’t the truth, he had his powers back and could do as he pleased but he would give that way even to Belle. There was no way Mary Margret would find out other wise either.

Hearing his voice she turned to look at him. "What would be the use of it now?" she asked in a small sad voice. "Considering the fact she's already grown and sealed her fate as our savior. The prediction you made twenty eight years ago. I already missed a life time" she said softly then she cleared her voice and swallowed her tears and she tried to compose herself and she looked at him when she came towards him.
Snow looked at him and said nothing as he answered her questions. "How do I know you aren't lying Gold?" she asked quirking a brow at him. "Regina... should have known about her sending us to this world. I thought she tried just sending me here. I never would expect everyone following after me. She wanted me out of Storybrooke for as long as I could remember. Ever since that murder trial on Kathryn." she said staring at him again and she leaned off the glass counter and folded her arms and looked down frustrated.
"Where would she be if she was here though?" she asked. "She has no power here in this kingdom. Since /I/ rule it now along side of Charming" she said suddenly. Her eyes closed as she tried to regain herself and she looked at him again. "Your powerless here?" she asked in a shocked voice. "Strange... your one of the most powerful people within our world, how would it be that you are powerless here in this new world?" she questioned looking at him again.

People were so narrow and closed minded… never talking time to stop and think first. This made dealing with them so easy. Playing off their emotions, not giving them any real amount of time to think about what they were doing. Oh how he loved to play around with people…use them to get what they wanted. ”Well your still young… haven’t aged in almost 30 years. Its not like you can have only one child.” He explained. Emotions, they were useless but now that he was in the human form again, he was finding some of them hard to deal with. Mostly deal with Belle… then again he always had trouble dealing with his emotions when she was around or something happened to her.
A shrug of his shoulders was given. ”How can you tell anyone is lying? Besides what point would I have in bringing us back here? I owned Storybrook, I had a mansion and my own store back there. Here I am lucky to just have this store. Back there, I had power… Here I don’t have much. So let me ask you again dearie what good would it do me?” He knew that would get her off his case after all it was the truth. He had given up so much in coming back here…not that it was his plan or anything.
”We are talking about Regina again…You were on the verge of finding the one thing she hates, happiness. And here you are ripped away from it yet again.” Gold explained, playing all the cards in the right way. Making it look like the Evil Queen was behind it. Ah…the murder trial, it was him who brought Kathryn back and that reminded him Emma still owed him. He would collect soon enough on that deal. When the time was right. ”Power isn’t just about rule, dearie. Don’t forget magic is here. She might have found her magic also and in time I am sure she will come.”
Then came the subject of his power and him being powerless. Oh how she was wrong about that. He had all the power he could ever want, the same powers he had back in the old days but he wasn’t going to show that yet. Belle was more important to him at the moment then showing off the fact that he was truly back. ”Things work in strange ways. I am not sure what happened but I am powerless. Could be apart of the curse or whatever brought us here. I don’t know. Now if you don’t mind, I really should get back to fixing that clock.” He told her, trying not to go too deep into the subject of him being powerless, he didn’t want her to find out anything more than what he told her. Then again he could just convince her that he was powerless, he had no trouble ever convincing anyone before.

At his statement of being young still she looked upon him raising an eyebrow. "You remember though before we were pulled again from our loved ones and bringing it back. Emma broke the curse so time is moving forward again" she said in a stern voice and she looked at him. "I doubt I'd be able to have another child. I already have Henry as my grandson" she said a moment later.
Frozen at his words Snow didn't respond to him. She wasn't too sure upon how to answer it. It was true though she couldn't really tell if he was lying or not. And she didn't have Emma here to back her up. Looking at him she said nothing for a moment and she said nothing. "I'm not sure at this point in time Mr. Gold, but I will think of an answer" she said nodding her head.
Looking down she placed her hand on her hip and she blinked a few times. Unsure of how to get through him and she looked at him again. "The clock can wait Gold" she said staring at him. "I need answers. I don't know what our purpose is here. Do you think..." she blinked for a moment and sighed. "Do you think there is another way of going back to the town?" she asked in a more gentler voice.

“Of course time is moving forward dearie. Take the time to make most of life while you are able to. Don’t let Regina ruin your life like she has done the last twenty-eight years. It’s your life now and start living like you want to, have a family. Don’t let what happened take away from what you can have now.” It wasn’t often Gold gave advice like that but it was the truth. They were moving forward again so now their lives must reflect the same. People could be so blind and dumb when it came to things like that. They only on the very moment they were in… hardly ever thinking ahead. Its what made dealing with them so easy… Emotions made it hard for them to think clearly and when they had a rough spot added to the emotions they would take and give anything to get out of that tight spot. ”Its that is how you feel, then it is your lose.”
If Gold really wanted to, he could easily fool Emma like he had done some many times. Unless he was trying to get something out of her or work her into a spot he wanted, there was no way for her to tell if he was truly lying or not. He already proved that to himself a couple of times when dealing with her. ”Then I suggest you drop it for I am not the one who did this.” It was more of a threatening tone then he had shown before. Gold knew how to make it look like he didn’t like to be blamed for something even if he did it. ”Well clearly we are here back in our world of sorts. So what not start living the life you had before it was taken... You got a kingdom to rule again so stop feeling sorry for yourself and get on with guiding the people who are looking at you to lead them.” He was starting to get annoyed with all of this and just wanted to be left alone… to his own vices. To get back to work what he had been working on before she came in here.

Snow stared up at him as he spoke to her. He was right, it was her life. She could do what she pleased with it now since they all had left Storybrooke. Taking in a sigh she looked down at the ground for a moment and she nodded her head. "Very well Mr. Gold.." she said softly looking at him softly. He had helped her over the years and she should perhaps drop it. Reading his movements perhaps he was right once again that he wasn't the one who did it.
He was right about that portion once again. She did have a kingdom to rule again. But the only thing that was missing to help her was Charming. Snow looked up at him and she said nothing for a moment. "Forgive me for disturbing you today Mr. Gold" she said with a small nod.
Snow started to back out and then she looked at the mobile again. How lovely it would be in her castle and in her room just above her bed. Even if Emma wasn't a baby again she would keep it in their room. For the five minute memory she had of her baby girl. "Mr. Gold, one more thing" she said began. "How much for the mobile... I plan on taking it back with me" she told him looking back at him.

Often times Gold was right more than he was wrong. Even though he was evil, he was smarter than most people. It was because of that intelligence that he was able to be one step ahead of everyone and knew how to play them… Glad Snow had finally seen things his way and would stop being all so gloom and doom. Okay, so there were days when he was all gloom and doom but he managed to keep those emotions like all the rest of his hidden. The only time he shown any emotion to someone other than his son or Belle was that when he was more than willing to beat the crap out of Belle’s father for what he had done to Belle… Emma and Belle’s father had seen his rage… it was not something to mess with. ”Yes, very well then dearie.”
A slight nod of his head was given to her as she spoke about forgiving her for disturbing him. ”Well you are doing the right thing, only in ending all of this can we truly have peace again. Be aware of those around you, there might be some who wish to take this city and your new crown away from you.” It wasn’t often Gold told anyone something like that but he knew in the end if Snow were in trouble without her Charming around, she would turn to him yet again. And it would be another deal for him to make and get something he wanted in return.
Gold was glad she was leaving but then came the moment she looked back at him, he stood there just looking at her waiting to see what she wanted. Then the mobile came up again. He moved out towards where it was and glanced at it before looking back at her. ”Nothing, it is yours after all. A good part of things in here are waiting to be claimed by their rightful owners… others are for sale. This however, is yours.” He reached up and took it down before holding it out towards her.

Snow had finally gone past the light and finally saw things differently. Having never seen him at his worst Snow wasn't going to have that happen now. He was always there and she had gone to him for help within the past. And perhaps now would be a good time to just drop the subject and move on. Snow wouldn't dare push him to his limits and she would just make things worse if she did. The young woman looked down at the ground and fiddled with the ring Charming had given her. Thens he looked up at him and nodded her head as he spoke.
Moving away from the counter she said nothing and then she looked back at him. "Yes, of course Mr. Gold" she said nodding her head. Snow said nothing as she walked around the shop again and then she looked at the mobile. Touching one of the glass unicorns again and then she looked at him as he came towards her.
Her eyes watched him as he reached up to take the mobile down and handing it to her. "Thank you for this Mr. Gold" she said nodding her head. Snow said nothing else and held the mobile in her hands. "I suppose I should take my leave. I'm sorry for coming in and asking you these questions. I just... wanted to know how we ended up here and if you brought us here" she said in a small apologizing tone. Snow said nothing and she looked at him. "Thank you again" she said as she started to turn and walk out of the shop with the mobile in hand.
