Reno woke up, as he made himself some food and coffee. He then checked him phone, and sighed as he saw no feeling calls nor messages. Reno then dug in, as soon as it was ready. Then he took a shower, as well as brushed his teeth. After that, Reno heard his phone ring, as he answered it. When he heard Bobby's voice, he listened to him and sighed. Reno told him, that he will be at the office in 15, max 2 minutes. Then both hang up, as he packed his things and put the stuff back on his bike. After that he made sure he got everything, and once he was sure, Reno got on the bike as he took off.
It took a bit, but he got to Sixkiller enterprise, as he parked on his usual spot, then he got off his bike. As soon as Reno got off his bike, he headed straight inside. Once he got in, he saw Chey and Bobby inside, as they turned to look at him, and then Bobby spoke about the bounty they were after. Chey then spoke, as she told them both what she found out on the internet. Then they talked a bit more about th bounty, and what was known about him. Few minutes later, they got up and walked out, as they headed to get the guy.
When they were out of Sixkiller enterprise, Bobby and Chey walked to the hammer, as Reno walked over to his bike, then he got on it, as he took off, while the others waited for him to talk off, and then they followed him. As they got to the place, they all parked, as Reno was in front, while the others parked right behind him. Then they got out of the hammer, and he got off his bike, as he walked over to them. They talked about how they were going to catch the guy, and things like that. Once they had a plan, they got the wanted ad, they each had with them, as well as a gun, as they went searching for the guy.
Which took them a while, but they found him, yet he saw them so he took off as they chased him. Reno and Chey took a short caught, while Bobby continued straight forward. Eventually Reno showed up, in front of the guy, but above on a small hill, as he jumped down on him, and knocked him down. The two fought each other for a bit, here and there they knocked each other, but eventually Reno knocked the door. Then he put the hand cuffs on the guy. Then the other two showed up, as Reno handed the guy to them, as they talked for a bit, then the two left, as Reno headed back to his bike. Once they got to their vehicles, as Reno got on his bike. As he took off, yet he was heading back to Bay City, but to the woods.
However, on his way there he felt slightly odd, as if something pulls him away or something, and the next think he knew he disappeared, and appeared in a place he never been at before. Instead he showed up in a place he never been at before, and he wasn't on his bike, but on a horse, as he was rather confused as well as slightly startled by it. Reno sighed as he of the horse, as he looked around then led the horse to the stables and got him, in one of the empty stables. He then looked around, as he went to get food for the horses, so part of him was still confused, shocked as well as startled by it. Yet somehow, Reno understood his job, he could tell that he was a stable boy, even if he was a man, but he couldn't tell how it happened, yet he shook his head to that thought, as he continued doing what he was doing.

Merlin had gone for a long walk to clear his head. He was still confused, even after several days, about how he had arrived in Aledon. Everyone kept telling him he was in a new world, but it was so similar to his own that he was having a problem accepting that. Perhaps his magic reacted with Balinor's and he'd been transported to a new city - or maybe this was Morgause's doing. Revenge for what he'd done to Morgana.
In any case, he had a headache that wouldn't quit and he just needed some peace. Part of his duties as manservant to the Prince of Camelot was to look after the Prince's horses and prepare them for riding. Merlin liked horses and general so, even though it was no longer his job to tend to them, he decided to look in on them.
He wasn't expecting anyone to be in the stables. But, of course, he wasn't really familiar with the schedule the people of Aledon kept just yet. He remained in the entrance to the stable, prepared to leave if asked, and smiled at the stable boy.
"Hello. Sorry to interrupt your work, I was just ... uh, checking in on the horses," he finished lamely. He knew he had no business being there.

Reno looked over at the young who spoke to him, as soon as he heard him. He smiled at him. "Hello back, and don't worry about it! You aren't interrupting me at all. Come in, no need to worry, at all. I am sure it's no a problem, besides I think the horses like that, It is rather nice to see someone check on them, besides me" Reno said to him, as he still smiled at him. `I am sure if it was other way around, you would agree, unless I am wrong?!" he added, as he looked down, then back at him. "I am Vinc..., I mean Vince Black, and you are?" Reno said, since he only got there he wasn't sure if he could use his full name or not yet. Hence the hesitation in his voice, so he hoped that the young man, in front of him won't notice it.
Reno sighed, as he then cleaned his clothes. After that, he looked at the guy again. Reno, walked over to the guy, as he extended his hand to shake his.hand. He thought the guy was interesting and rather nice, also he couldn't be sure, but gave him a chance anyway. After all, Reno was a good guy, even if at times he trusted the wrong people, but he learned from it, not that he stopped doing that completely, just a ted bit less, is all. Anyhow, as he watched the guy, he had a feeling that he was right about him.eno Reno believed that they could be rather good friends, or at least he hoped.
"By the way, are you from around here, or are you new here?" Reno asked, over sudden as he waited fora reply. He wondered if it was just him, or if there were more new people there like him. Reno didn't add that he was new, for now, as he wasn't sure if it was just him or if the guy was just as new as he was. Also if they both were new there, then he figured that they could definitely help each other. Reno figured that two would be able to figure it all out, then just one.
He smiled to the guy, as he shook his head to this thoughts, and waited to hear his reply. Reno wondered what would the other guy say or do next. He smiled at the guy, once more as he waited for him to reply. "If you want you can pet them, the horses I mean. It's no trouble, at all, I have no doubt! Besides if needed, it could be our little secret" Reno said while he waited for the guy to reply.

Merlin stepped forward to shake the stable boy's hand, smiling broadly at having met someone who seemed rather friendly - although he wasn't always the best judge of character. He'd been completely fooled by Nimueh. "I'm Merlin," he said. "And I agree completely about the horses. I've worked with some before, and the more attention they get, the better."
He looked behind Vince at a stallion that looked eerily like Arthur's horse except for a patch of black around its left eye, and it surprised him for a moment. "I'm new here. That's why I'm a little unsure about the laws. Where I'm from ... well, I'm sure I'm trespassing right now." He chuckled nervously. He broke the law on a daily basis back in Camelot, why should it be any different here? "I think it'd be best if we could keep it a secret, if that's all right. But I'd love to pet them, thank you."
He went to the stallion he'd been looking at and stroked his silky mane. It was almost like he was home. Merlin looked back at Vince, wondering how much this man knew and if he could help him. "Have you ever heard of a place called Camelot?" he asked suddenly. "It's where I'm from, and I'm trying to get back there but no one seems to know where it is."

Reno watched him, as they shook their hands. "Nice to meet you. Merlin! Like the famous wizard from the legends of Arthur?" he asked, as he still smiled at him. When Merlin said the next, Reno looked rather impressed. "You have? Wait, you had or have a farm where you come from? Or do you mean, you worked for a rich family, as someone who takes care of the horses?" he said, as he waited for a reply. "Well then we both understand about the horses, that is nice" Reno added./ Well that was one thing they both had in common. Other then the fact that they both were very nice people. That was a good thing, or so Reno thought anyway.
Reno followed his gaze, as he then looked back at him. He had a feeling that the horse, the young man looked at interested him, he won't be surprised if it was the case. "Really? We are both new then. At least I am not the only new guy here`" Reno said as he watched him. "Really? Well, that is interesting. I am not sure about the rules here, but I doubt that it is against the rules so." he added. Reno watched, as he laughed a bit with him, as he shock his head. As he had a strange feeling that the guy broke rules a lot, by the way he spoke but he wasn't sure, yet, he let it be and said nothing about it, for now at least. "Yeah sure, a secret it is, I am good with that. And go a head and do so, then. No need to thank me at all"
Reno looked down, then at the guy once more, as hewatched him, smiling. He liked him as a friend already and hoped that he wasn't wrong about him. Also somehow he doubted that very much. When the guy turned to face him he looked at him as he listened to what he said next. "Yes, I have. Why? King Arthur lived there. Or something like that, right? What about it?" Reno said, as he was truly curious to know. "It's a long time ago. Then again this place is too! I wish I could help, maybe we can help each other. Wait are you the wizard, Merlin from the legends? Had no idea Merlin was real

"Famous? Legends of ... yes. Something like that," Merlin gave a nervous chuckle. No way was he going to admit to being a warlock. If this stable boy thought that he and Arthur were legends, then best to let him keep believing it. "I worked for a family who had many horses back home. It was part of my job to look after them." He grabbed a brush from a shelf and started to properly comb through the horse's mane as he listened to Vince talk. He nearly dropped the brush when Vince caught on to who he really was.
He sighed, turning around. He was nervous as to how this virtual stranger would react to finding he really was a warlock, although he couldn't suppress a laugh at hearing 'King' Arthur. "Yes, I suppose I am. Although it's ... not as you make it seem. In my time, Arthur is just a prince. I'm..." he swallowed hard. "I was his manservant, before I found myself here. I don't know how or why. But this world is very similar to mine. I was hoping that perhaps it isn't another world at all, but just another city. When the weather is better, I plan on leaving to try and find Arthur.
"But you must be like me, and the others. You've just arrived here?" Merlin smiled at him. "I can help you. I can show you around. There are loads of people coming through from other worlds all the time."

Reno watched him and sighed. "Yeah, it is talked about a lot, didn't you know? I guess you are from the past after all. What do you mean something like that?" he said, as he looked down then back at him. Reno watched him closely, as he wondered if he knew that or not. "Really? Well if you are from the past, then no doubt you would be around horses a lot, and if you are a servant, then most likely you would work with horses too" Reno said as he looked at the horses, then back at the guy.He smiled as he saw the guy use the brush and combed through the horse's mane, as it helped him a lot, not that the guy needed to do that but still. When Reno caught up to who he really was, he watched him and sighed as he walked over to try to make sure that the guy doesn't drop anything. "Easy there, are you alright?"
He watched him and sighed once more. Reno looked down again, and back at him once more. He noticed to the guy's reaction to him saying king Arthur. "Really? Then you are here from before he became king, in that case. I don't make it seem anything, it's the legends in my time, that do that! Well if you are from the past, I can't say much, just make sure that Arthur becomes king and marries Gwen, as you are meant to do. That is all I can say" Reno said, as he watched him closely. "The actual wizard/warlock Merlin? That is a huge honor meeting you, so you are much younger than I thought" he said, as he picked up an eyebrow. "A servant? Well then you are from one version of the legends, there are more than I can count"
"Well good luck at that, in the future I am a bounty hunter! I am from the future. I know there is reincarnation of Arthur but no idea who, if such a thing exists that is, and if I found someone who is a way a reincarnation of my love, Val then anything is possible. I think more people will show up, before we find away back home" he said to him. "Good thinking, hopefully you are right, also somehow I doubt it, I think it is a different world, but who knows. And good luck"
"I am, since I am not from here, nor was I born here! My vehicle is my horse here, don't ask. I am confused by it myself! Yes just did and already know my job, like a gut feeling. plus the clothes I wear aren't mine, well not originally, if you get me" Reno said to him.. "You can? Please do, that will be great, thank you! Maybe we can help each other. And there are? Why? What is going on here?"

Merlin was becoming more confused by the second. He knew, of course, that it was his destiny to help Arthur become king - the Great Dragon Kilgharrah had told him as much many times. It was frustrating enough hearing it from him. It was worse hearing it from someone he'd just met. Although Merlin supposed it was a good sign, as well. If Vince was telling the truth and he really was from the future, then everything would be fine - Merlin would succeed and Camelot would be saved.
Still, he couldn't count on this as fact. Vince had said there were different versions of their story. That could easily mean that he was from a dimension in which Merlin succeeded when in fact he doesn't in his own. His head was beginning to hurt as he thought of it all, and he decided to let it go for now.
"It's very strange to think that you know so much about me, but I don't know you at all," he said, laughing a little. "In my world most people underestimate me. I know that Arthur has to become king - and I'm doing everything I can to make sure that happens - but it's reassuring to know that it will eventually happen. Thank you for that."
He thought of the strange occurrence of people suddenly showing up in the city. Merlin could barely understand it himself. "No one knows why we're here. A lot of people think it's a curse of some kind. We can't figure out a way to get home yet, so we're ... we're sort of making ourselves at home in the meantime. I've gotten a job in the castle as a servant. And it's odd, the people that are showing up. Like how my world is so close to this one, and you're from the future. Some of the others aren't even human. There's just no way to explain it."

Reno watched him and sighed. He really was shocked that he actually met the great wizard Merlin. Also he wasn't the way he expected, except that he was just as sweet and kind, as he imagined. Reno, didn't doubt however, that everything he told the guy, might have confused him, if it was other way around, Reno would have been confused. So if that was the case, he won't be surprised by it. Yet, he hoped that the fact that Merlin knew that he will do a good job, will make him feel better as it would have made Reno feel better, if it was other way around. Reno told him all that, because he thought it will help him not to worry, among other things.
He watched him closely and sighed. Reno wondered if he should explain or not, the fact that in all versions he manages to help Arthur. but not all of them end well for him. He lookede around, then back at the guy as he sighed once more. "In all versions you manage to do your job, but some of them don't end the way you would like, for you! I am sorry, but I have no doubt, that you will do something right to make sure it doesn't happen" Reno said, as he watched him closely. He didn't wish to tell him all that, but figured that without going in to, too much detail he could. Also, Reno hated to tell him that, but he hoped that it will give him an idea to make it all seem better, way better then in some of the versions, anyway.
"Yeah, I am sure it is. I do think so too, it is just we are from different times and that makes the difference" he said, as he laughed a bit, at that too. "Didn't plan on it, it just happened" Reno added, as he watched him. "Well it's because they don't know you! With me it's the same, at times but I am used to it. People just think if you look the way you look, then that's all you really are, but it's not true, at least in most cases it's not" he said, as he looked down then back at him. "That is good, just don't give up, alright? And glad to know, you are welcome! It's just the truth, I thought you would like to know" Reno added.
He watched him closely, as he wondered what was he thinking about, but when the guy spoke, he sighed glad to know that he was alright. "No one knows at all? That's bad. A curse? It's possible. Doubt it, but who knows! It does make sense though, doesn't it? No one can? That's bad, also in certain things this place is better, and in certain things it's worse. I am sure it is the same for everyone else! That's good, as it's better than nothing, that's for sure. At least we all have a place to stay, until we find a way back. That is good to know, to bad you are a servant again though! Sounds like it, and not human? Are you sure about it? What like aliens or something?"

"I appreciate your confidence," Merlin said as he returned the brush to its shelf. He thought of Gaius, who always had faith in his abilities, and who constantly hounded him for not believing in himself enough. Yet here was a man he'd just met who believed he could accomplish more than any legend or prophecy said he could. In any case, it did wonders for his ego. Patting the stallion's head once more, he went to stand by his new friend again.
"A curse does sound like the most reasonable answer, although I have to admit that I've never heard of such a thing as traveling through worlds where I'm from." He thought of the various people he'd met since he'd come to Aledon, in particular the inhuman ones. "There are some aliens here," he confirmed, thinking of how odd it was to be having this conversation. Back in Camelot, there was no such thing as visitors from another planet. To be fair, back in Camelot, there were no other planets. "But there are other ... creatures, as well. Some even look like you or I, and their powers are fascinating." He smiled briefly, his excitement over meeting other magical beings showing through for a moment. Usually he kept such interests hidden.
The people of Aledon had seemed rather welcoming to those of different species and the like, but Merlin was ever-cautious. What if Arthur finally came here, and he found out what Merlin was? Once they went back home he'd tell the king and then it would be all over for Merlin, and the young warlock couldn't risk that. He realized with a start that his secret had already been revealed to his current companion though, and something would need to be done. "I need you to do me a favor," he said urgently, suddenly nervous again. "The people here don't know what I am - that I have magic, I mean - and I'd like to keep it that way. If people from my world were to find out that I'm a warlock, I could be in great danger. I need you to keep my secret."

"Well I just know you can do it, if you couldn't then you won't be a legend nor Arthur" Reno said to him. "Will tell you what my friend says, 'Always have faith, if you don't have faith you won't succeed" he added as he watched him and sighed. "You are way better, then you give yourself credit for, Merlin" Reno said as he watched him closely. He smiled at him, as he looked around then back at him. Reno was still shocked that he met Merlin, if it was really him which by now he was sure of it, since everything pointed to it. He wouldn't have believed it, if not for everything the guy said and the way he spoke.
"Yeah it does, doesn't it?It would make sense if it's a curse. What kind of curse is it so? That what we need to find out, and once we do you could no doubt fix it, if you need ingredients then I can help you with it, I could buy some for you, but you will need to let me know what to get" Reno said as he looked down, then back at him. "And neither did I but I do know that there are different versions of you, in one you two are cousins or something as in you and Arthur, in another, You are Morgana's brother, In some you are Meg's brother, and there are more versions of you, like where you and Arthur in away grow up together but in all of the versions you are an immortal" he said as he watched Merlin closely. "In some versions you are Morgana's husband or even a son, too many versions to count" Reno added, as he laughed a bit at that, not being mean but because it was kinda funny, as well as he laughed not to worry or scare Merlin. He watched him and sighed, as he listened to him closely. "Aliens, humans and wizards? that is the groups that are here? Species wise" Reno said, as he blinked a little, as he was shocked and confused, as well as curious too. He watched as he smiled, he could see the excitement in the guys face, and he could hear it in his voice, at least he thought that he did anyway. "Really? That's nice and interesting"
Reno watched him and sighed, as he got worried for his new friend. He wondered what was Merlin thinking about, as he seemed worried to him, and it made him wonder what happened to his new young friend. "Are you alright?" Reno asked, and it was easy to tell that he was worried. When Merlin said what he said next, he listened and nodded, also a bit surprised as he was sure that they already agreed on it before. "Don't worry, your secret is safe with me. Besides Arthur will find out eventually on his own, I don't need to do anything but not yet. I am good with secrets no need to worry and besides it will mess up the future, so no way would I do that!Also I might say trust Merlin, because trusting you, will make him a great king one day" he said to him, with a smile. "You don't need to worry, there is no reason for me to betray you, which is why I won't. Only would have told someone if you tried to hurt an innocent person, and since you aren't, which is obvious, then there is no reason to tell your secret to anyone"

"I don't know what type of curse it is yet. I think we'll know more once we figure out who cast the spell, but I don't think the King and Queen have any idea who it is yet. I've been trying to do my own search, but to no avail." He sighed, running a hand through his short, dark hair. "Apparently there used to be a lot of magic practitioners in Aldeon, but I've only found a handful, and none of them could have done this."
He laughed along with his new friend at the wild ideas that he could be Arthur's brother or Morgana's husband - although he had to admit that last one did seem a little appealing. If only her sister weren't so involved in her affairs. He became serious again as he considered all the beings he'd met from other worlds. "No, there are many more species here werewolves, vampires, immortals, gods, dwarves, dragons... the list goes on."
Merlin smiled, relieved. "Thank you for keeping my secret. I'd gladly do the same for you any day, my friend. I'm afraid Arthur will not be so easy to convince though. He's very stubborn, and was raised to believe magic is evil. Making him believe that I can help him will be very difficult."

"Alright, in that case, we need to try and figure that out first! That is true, but I can tell you right now, even without being like you, that whoever did that, knew all to well what they were doing. Not to mention they are very powerful. Probably not, as it doesn't seem that way. From what I could tell, they seem concerned about it like us" Reno said, as he watched Merlin. "Well hopefully it will work better now then" he added and sighed. Reno watched him as he listened to what he said next. "Really? How did you figure it out? And only a handful, who couldn't have done it? Well that doesn't help, also not your fault, doubt in your place I would have done any better" he said as he watched him.
Reno laughed at the crazy ideas, of Merlin being Arthur's brother or Morgana's husband as he watched him laugh too. "Also in some stories/myths you are Morgana's brother" he said over sudden. Then Reno got serious too, as he listened to him. "What ? For real? Wow, had no idea either of those were real, my partner back home, bounty hunter like me, would have a field day, if he found out. Also we are not evil"
Reno smiled back at him. "Not a problem, I am better at keeping secrets, then spilling them! Beside, I am not like some who can't keep a secret. Thank you it means a lot, one day I might ask your help and will tell you mine. You are not the only one with not so great life, my friend! Not right away, but over time, but he will need to witness it himself, as in witness you help him. Like my indian friend, Bobby Sixkiller, well at least the stubborn par anyway" he said, as he laughed a bit and shook his head, at the last part. "Difficult yes, but not impossible"
