Traveling: He loves going wherever his missions take him. Like his uncle's close friend Jack Harkness he cant stay at one place for too long.
Torchwood: Being one of the youngest to ever join Torchwood, Reece enjoys having a place to go and a team he can call family.
Friends/Team: He couldnt live without his friends or his teams. He's a very sociable person and will be friendly to anyone that wants to make a convo. His team and his Uncle Ianto mean the world to him.

PERSONALITY: At a young age Reece lost everything he had and was taken into care by his uncle Ianto. He grew up with Torchwood and was fascinated by it. When he was seventeen he went off on his own and decided to make his own Torchwood team, they were stationed in America. Reece is used to a bunch of interesting creatures namely his Uncle's leader, Jack Harnkess and a Time Lord name the Doctor. He enjoys going on missions with them because he loves adventures.
Reece has never made anyone mad and has a ton of friends from all over the universe. The only people who dont like him would be the evil creatures that he has locked up and destroyed. He has a huge fear of statues, fear that they are the weeping angles which is what he fears the most. He loves to face danger in the eyes and he has always gotten lucky with surviving.

HISTORY:
*When Reece was a two years old him and his parents got into a huge car accident in an unknown planet. Both his parents died int he crash and he ended up getting some sort of special ability on that planet. That ability being controlling elements.
*Because of the death of his family he was taken into custody of his uncle Ianto Jones, who is a member of Torchwood. The two seemed to get along really well.
*Ianto, in his free time has trained Reece to control his ability and teaches him to defend himself with a sword because as his uncle says "Abilities may not always come in handy"
*Reece becomes the youngest member of Torchwood and is stationed in America. There he becomes the leader of his own team. He treats them as his family seeing as he has none and the only family he has is all the way in England.
*One on of his missions Reece and his team went to a place that was covered with statues. They didnt think anything of it but when the lights started to go off and one of his teammates left he was introduced to the weeping Angles. Because they took one of his team members they became one of his biggest enemies and scared him to where he now has a fear of statues.
*Because of his life in Torchwood Reece has never had time for a relationship but has always wanted to be with someone.
*He considers himself the type of Robin Hood. He steels from the rich and gives to the poor. But not just the rich, the rich that dont treat people like equals.
*One of his problems is that he cant be mean to people and will listen to whatever they tell them. If people need help he'll be one of the first to the rescue/scene and risk his life to save those in need.
* Being a member of Torchwood Reece has met the well known Captain Jack Harkness and his dream is to go on a mission with him and to help him write the wrong of those that deserve it.

EXAMPLE:
It was the day before Reece's eighteen birthday and he had gotten a message from the Cardiff Torchwood telling him they had a mission for him and his team. And that if he were to accept they'd have to get into it asap. Reece was never the type to turn down an adventure so he replied yes fast. Getting his team assembled, himself, two males and a female he headed to Manhattan where they said the sightings were. Ianto had prepped Reece and his team letting him know that the creatures he was to check out were called The Weeping Angles. The only note that was given to Reece and his team was "Don't Blink".
As one of the males, Eddie, drove to a cathedral, Reece noticed that they were covered with statues. He didnt think anything of it, none of his team did. But they walked into the church and didnt notice the status's face change from being covered to uncovered. The church was quiet and dark, two things Reece did not like so he picked up a candle stick and lit it by lighting his finger on fire. At first Reece would have hidden that from people but the three other people that were with him knew what he was able to do. Eddie was standing close to Reece. The two of them were really close, they've had been with each other a few times but they never admitted to anything more though secretly both of them would have liked to have been something more. "Guys, go that way" Reece said to his other two teammates, Chase and Cooper "Remember, if you see the creatures, don't blink" the two nodded as they headed to opposite way.
Reece and Eddie headed down the hallway. There were weird noises that surrounded but they were used to weird noises and paid no mind. The two boys got to the end of the hallway where they noticed a statue with its eyes covered. There was a noise from behind and the two boys turned with nothing there. When Reece turned around again the statue was now reaching for Reece, it's eyes uncovered and nasty pointed teeth. "Um, i think we found what we were looking for". As Reece backed up he bumped into Eddie "There's another one at the end of the hall, it's starting to come closer". The voice of his uncle "Don't blink" replayed in his head "Just keep your eye on it. Don't blink. I'll watch this one". Reece picked up his arm and pushed a button on his wrist watch "Guys, the creatures are statues, don't blink. I dont want to find out what they do"
The lights flickered and Reece quickly made both his hands glow with fire to see that both the angles grew close. Deep down he was freaking out and knew that Eddie was as well. he didnt want to know what happened if the reached them. He backed up and when he didnt feel Eddie's back he freaked out throwing two fire balls at the two angels. Luckily for him he didnt know that if the angles met eye contact they would forever be dead. He bolted down the hall calling for Eddie. As he made his way to the end of the hallway the lights kept flickering and the fire would go out due to the wind so Reece used the ability of earth to make the floor shake knocking some of them over beaking the statues. Meeting up with his other two teammates the three of them keepign focus on the status made their way outside. Reece called for Eddie as Cooper noticed that there were some angles outside creepign upon them. The three ran into the car and Reece used his wrist watch and called for Eddie but all he got was static. Reece started to freak out and the feeling he felt in his chest was something he couldnt explain. He felt that something terrible had happened to Eddie and it was all his fault. As Chase went to start the car the statues surrounded the car and started to shake the car breaking the windows. Reece did what he could do and use the power of Air to blow them a path as the car speed past the creatures.
Upon arriving at their base there was a letter that had Reece's name on it. He opened it and there was a letter from Eddie that was dated 1988. In the note it explained that he was now living in 1899. He was a newboy delivering papers. He said because back then homosexuality wasnt allowed he married a woman and named his first kid Reece, after him. As Reece read it he teared up and ran to his computer getting his uncle on the screen "I demand to know what theses creatures are" he said as soon as Ianto's face appeared on the screen "I tell your encounter wasnt a good one". Reece held the note up his eyes watering "What did they do?". Ianto sighed knowing that his nephew's life was ruined by these creatures "They send their pray back in the future and there is nothing that can be done to get them back". Reece angered that he wasnt informed by this earlier shut the TV off and locked himself in his room. Looking at the pictures of him and his now fallen teammate.
