With an innocent smile and a charming wit, its very hard not to enjoy the damsels easy presence. She sees the beauty in all things, large and small, handsome and ugly, different and unique. She has an open mind and embraces change with open arms.
Although not perfect, when Ann first encountered Kong, he terrified her. She screamed and clawed at him to release her as he thundered through his jungles at breakneck speeds, but as she grew to know him, preforming small tricks and believing in the love that she believed was in all things, proved to win the beast over, only strengthening her beliefs. HISTORY:Annis a struggling vaudeville performer who agrees to become Carl Denham's new lead actress when she hears that her favorite playwright, Jack Driscoll is with them. While on the voyage, she falls in love with Jack, who in turn shares her affections, they have a few sweet moments before arriving at Skull Island.
Ann gets kidnapped by a rather violent tribe of natives and "sacrificed" to the great and terrible King Kong.Ann was treated like a toy because King Kong at first was either angry or curious about Ann, enjoyed her dancing and acting, and kept pushing her, making him happy and hooting. When Ann showed her anger at him, Kong got angry and left her. At the time she escaped, she was unfortunate yet again as two Tyranosaurus Rexes cornered her, Kong promptly saved her life.
That night Jack came to Kong's lair, and disturbed him from his slumber, then a swarm of giant bats attacks the caves. Kong makes sure Ann is safely out of the way before attacking the bats, Jack grabs Ann and uses one of the bats to escape from Kong's lair. He takes her back to the native village, a very angry Kong chasing the pair.
Ann screamed and pleaded, begging Kong to turn around to go back because of the ambush but to no avail. She watched them harpoon her best friend before they dragged her back to the boat, locking her up in her room and leaving her to cry. Kong was taken to an amphitheater and used in a mockery of the adventures on the island, in a mad rage he breaks free and began hi citywide search for Ann. Ann realizing he had escaped, realizes shes the only one who can stop him and as soon as she approaches him, he takes her on a whirlwind of adventures including the spin on the ice.
The military is brought in and despite Ann's efforts to stop them, they fail to listen, Kong climbs to the top of the tower and after being drilled with bullet holes, says his final goodbyes to Ann before falling from the tower. Ann collapses in a fit of tears and sorrow had consumed her heart. [/SIZE]

MEMBER TITLE: Beauty tamed the Beast
EXAMPLE:
Ann glanced out over the beautiful island. Bathed in vibrant colors the likes of which she had never seen, beasts and monsters from myths and legends of old walked about. Covering the face of the globe with their vibrance. Beasts that were supposed to have died out long ago called out into the clear sky looking for their kin. This place was incredible, remarkable, amazing.
A particularly strong breeze whipped through the tops of the trees, careening into her small frame with a powerful blast. She shielded her face as the wind whipped her dress about her legs and chilled her to the bone. Her flawless flesh breaking out in goose bumps as she struggled to stay standing, fighting back against the wind. She stumbled once but managed the task and her gaze returned to the wonderous island.
She knew why it was given such a horrendous name. Their were terrifying creatures that roamed these lands, ones that would swallow a human whole without hesitation. They were big enough... and terrifying enough to terrify the bravest of men, and yet among such chaos beauty still arose. Her gentle giant, her Kong, he had saved her life, protected her from the dinosaurs and had shielded her from the elements when she slept. He asked for nothing in return but she gave him a show anyway. Juggling for him, hopping on her feet in ridiculous patterns, twirling and dancing... all the while he laughed and clapped, sometimes even mimicking her. He was beautiful, his soul was so pure... she knew not why the natives feared him so. Perhaps they had simply never given him a chance. A smile lit her face as she saw his form returning from somewhere off in the distance.
Perhaps all anyone needed was a chance.
