The only important thing that I "forgot" ist the full Name of Karoan. I'm about to kill him for not telling me his name.
But I guess that Time is the only way to make him talk.

MAGICAL POWERS: None.
CANON/OC: Oc
TV SERIES: No TV series.

I SHOULD ENJOY THE SWEET INTERROGATION
HAIR: His hair is as red as fire, a little curled. It is very thick and it goes down to his shoulders.
WEIGHT: around 90 kilos. (How many lbs is that? Here in Germany, we measure weight in Kilo.)
HEIGHT: ~1,80 Meter. (If I'm right, 30 centimetres are a foot. That would make ~6 feet.)
PLAY-BY: There is no actor looking like him. A little "guideline" is Thor from "The Avengers", just with red hair like Johanna Salomaa ("Jonsu")of the finnish Group "Indica"
GENERAL: Karoan is a tall grown man. Due to his training, he is rather muscular. His red long hair falls in curls around his shoulders. On his chest, there is a large black tattoo. Strange black letters form his name. Only those who speak his language can read them. Here and there are some scars, telling stories about his life. He has some hair on his chest, also some below his navel. Sometimes, he shaves his face, so that the little curls won't disturb him. But the rest of his body remains unshaved.
ATTIRE: Karoan mostly wears long trousers made of leather. They are fairly wide and do look like a skirt. Above those trousers, he wears a large leather apron, which is decorated with lots of colorful weavings and little figures made of bones. Some make little noises in movement. It is a little training to move silent. He also has a long coat made out of leather. It is also decorated the same way. In front, there are little sticks of bones, used to close the coat. Karoan carries a large backpack, where whe stores some food, medicine and a long cape made of dark grey whool, which he can use as blanket or instead of the coat on warm summer days. If it is really hot, he stores both coat and cape within his backpack. If it is cold or very rainy, he wears shoes made of leather. Those shoes have a sole consisting of two paddocks per shoe. The leather of those shoes is also decorated with little bones and colorful threads weaved into the leather.
On his hip, there is a belt which holds a little knife, a wooden sword for training and a real sword for fighting.

I'M FLATTERED BY YOUR INTEREST
DISLIKES: Unfair treatment of men and women, being forced to do something he doesn't want to, slavery, thievery (Of living people), needless kills - same needless murders and killing animals just because of the fur. People who kill animals just to have the fur of a tiger on the floor or the head of a deer on the wall. He doesn't like insults or being tossed out of a group.
STRENGTHS: He is good at swordfightings, he has learned to move nearly silently.
WEAKNESSES: He is short-sighted, so his bow only aids him in short distances - and even then, he sometimes misses the target. Sometimes, he takes action before he thinks - which is quite unpractical. He mixes up the regional herbs (like choosing herbs for healing that look like ronian healing herbs, but are something totally different) He has a hard time to remember which herbs are healing and which are poisonous.
QUIRKS/HABITS: In a bar, he dances often. When he comes to an inn, he only rents the place for a horse - to sleep together with his Shiras. There, he can watch over his companion way better than out of a room far away. After he has killed an animal for food, he prays to his Goddess Shirahal to pray for the sol of it.
FEARS: Being forsaken by his goddess Shirahal (She appers as a great white tiger with grey stripes and blue eyes), Losing his companion, ending up as slave, unable to get away.
GOALS: Getting back to Ronas, drinking his beloved Vona (Ronian Alcohol, a bit like german Jägermeister) - as vona isn't available here o.o, finding some sort of "true love".
PERSONALITY Karoan appears as silent vagabond, but to friends, he is quite talkactive. He cares for those he loves, not only for human beings. The Ronari also thinks a lot about old times, of Ronas, where men and women had equal rights and where both were accepted as full members of society. He likes that principe, from his point of view, it works. That's why he fights against any unfair treatment - any treatment he considers unfair. If a rider treats his horse in a bad way, Karoan would teach that owner a lesson.
He likes to create little figures, each one a nice little souvenir he can sell in the next town. Karoan would die without his freedom - he would rather fight until he dies than letting someone put a chain around his neck. In fact, he would rather help a slave to freedom than giving a damn to greet the master. He doesn't mind to kill an animal if it is for food. One of his biggest flaws is his anger: If someone is mad at him or his Shiras, he doesn't hesistate to use his wooden sword. If the insult was a greater deal, he doesn't mind using his original sword.

WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU
FATHER: Joalik, Seeing Eye of Tohain (He has the ability/curse to see the future)
SIBLINGS: No siblings.
OTHER: In his Homelands, there are many legends about his grandfather, Dimarik, Dancing Blade of Tohain, who brought Freedom to the Ronarit. In fact, he brought them a country.
PLACE OF BIRTH: Saikal, Capital of Ronas
CURRENT RESIDENCE: None, he is a Vagabond.
WEAPONRY: He has a wooden sword for training and for non-lethal attacks, a knife for hunting (For tearing the skin, flesh and organs of the animal he has killed) and a Ronian Sword, for lethal attacks. For far distance-attacks or for hunting, he has a bow with arrows. He is very good at fighting with a sword, but he tends to miss the goal when he has to use the bow and the arrows. In fact, his shoes can be considered as weapons - the paddocks can be very painful.
HISTORY: He was born after the Ronian Freedom Wars, as the son of the Ronian king Joalik Seeing Eye of Tohain and the Ronian queen Kirzal, (byname still unknown) of Saikal. During his childhood and teenagehood, he learned much about healing and fighting. He trained together with the other kids, all of them were dreaming of becoming a Benshir, a rider. All of them were envious of the other Benshir, who were accepted everywhere. In fact, Karoan was no different than the other youngsters, as the time for them came. As he went out to the pridelands, just with his wooden sword, his clothes, a glass bottle of water and a little bag full of water, to meet up with his Shirasa, he was scared to death as he "heard" that big brown cat "talking" through his mind. Both of them met up with Shirahal, who changed the water in the glass bottle to Vona. She sent both of them, Benas and Shirasa, back to Saikal, where Karoan got his Tattoo. That was, when he was twenty years old.
After four years of being Benshir, his father Joalik spoke to him. Karoan could not believe the words of his own father. The king of Ronas told him that the throne would remain empty, as there would be no successor. Karoan also was a bit confused as his parents said goodbye the next day. "You will go, but you won't meet up with Shirahal.", Joalik said.
During his next mission, he understood what his father told him. One second, he was fighting against a man of Salbea, the other second, he and Kizala were in a completely different place. Completely confused, both tried to get back, but they failed to find back to Ronas. In fact, they were not even close to a place drawn on a Ronian map. Karoan had to learn the language of the land he was in, but he still speaks Ronian with his Shirasa. For the next 6 years, he and his Shirasa were wandering around, both still trying to find back to Ronas.
His Companion: A Shiras is always as big as a big horse or even bigger. Except some Shir that live in the deserts. But Karoans Shirasa Kizala is one of the big Savanna-Shir, who prey on large animals, such as horses and even bigger prey. She is rather muscular, reminds more of a tiger than a cheetah. She also has some sort of pride. It is not uncommon that she lets her claws speak, if someone doesn't treat her with respect. Her fur is thick and has a dark brown color, tending a bit more to red than to grey. Her eyes have the color of the dry grass of the open wide pridelands of Ronas, where she was born. Kizala is a very faithful companion, as both of them are bound together until the end of their lives.

COULD BE A DEMON IN A MASK
AGE: 21.
EXPERIENCE: I have been roleplaying since I was 13. When I was 15, I thought, roleplaying in English could bring better marks in English. In fact, I got a 2 in my A-levels, which would be a B+/B in american marks, I guess. However, I'm obsessed with writing stories, but unfortunately, I only wrote those stories in German. It is quite funny that I mostly roleplay in english forums xDDD I already know how to write, so don't worry. The only thing you should know: I tend to mix up tenses, like writing "he has run" instead of "he ran" or so. But within one sentence, I do not switch from present to past.

MEMBER TITLE:
A little note: Karoans Anchestors all belong to a story of mine.
As for those who wonder why it sometimes says "Shiras", "Shirasa" or "Shir", that is because the word "Shiras" is Ronian. "Shiras" is singular and means "Of the male Shir one" - literally, it means "of the neutral Shir one", because the male form "Shirasi" was replaced by the neutral form "Shiras" without any suffixes. "Shirasa" means "Of the female Shir one". And "Shir" is the plural, as the "suffix" and number "as" (one) is missing, it is the neutral form by the way. The plural form for a male Shiras would be "Shiri", and for a female group of Shir it would be "Shira", but in Ronian language it is mostly common to use the neutral plural form.
But that is only important for those who really care. [/ul]
EXAMPLE:
Silence reigned the entire capital of Ronas. Only the little rain drops falling softly on the buildings made of stone, turning everything into a wet hell. Silently the earth sucked the melting leftovers of the winter, which vanished for the warmer rain. It was the time for every living being to give birth to new life, as the cold grip of winter has loosened. Still the rain was cold, but not cold enough to make life impossible. But that was not the only sign of change. The time for new life has come, and along with that, the time of the Shir. So long ago... Saikal hadn't have young Benshir for almost twenty years.
Karoan stood on the balkoon, staring at his hometown with an empty gaze. His blank winter coat was already wet, but the young Ronari didn't seem to care. Somehow, he knew that he had to leave the town today. Even though the pridelands were the greatest mud pool they all had ever seen. His red hair had turned brown and was now glued to his skin and coat.
"Is it today, my son?", a voice behind him asked. Immediately, the younger one turned around, being torn out of his safe cocoon of a silent rainy day. There, on the doorstep of the balkoon, he stood, the King of the entire Ronas. Joalik, Seeing Eye of Tohain. A man who grew up in the small town called Tohain, until the Freedom Wars began, where he met the princess Kirzal, who he married in the end. The skirt of the older one was decorated with many colorful strings, which told his story pattern by pattern. He only wore his skirt and a long thin coat which was left open. It revealed the scar next to his navel that brought him on the edge of death.
"I think so, father.", Karoan answeared, still being envious of the countless decorations on the clothings of his father. His own ones were just blank leather, just like the bare clothes of the other youngsters.
"I can't wait to stitch something into my clothes. I am sick of waiting for my real name. And I want to see what my Shiras looks like. I can't stand those picky barkeepers telling me that I'm still too young to drink Vona when a kid of sixteen gulps glass after glass."
He noticed a shadow on the face of his father. The older one still focused him. "There is always a reason for some to become Benshir at a very young age. Your uncle Riam Finding Arrow of Tohain became Benshir very early so that he could have met his partner Koji. There is always a reason why a Shurri became Benshir and a Ronari had to wait until rebirth to have a chance in next life. Some Ronarit never become Benshir. I have seen their fate back then in Tohain."
Karoan turned around completely. He took a step towards his father.
"What happens to those unchosen Ronarit?", he enquiered. Joalik shook his head slightly, before he looked into the far horizon. "They live on the streets in poverty, along with the fallen, who lost their Shir. It is forbidden to help them, because their minds are those of the Shurrit. They were ready to be human, but not ready to be Benshir."
