Clark looked out into the busy streets of Metropolis it was early in the morning and for Clark Kent this was nothing unusual. Clark had wondered where Lois had gotten to it wasn’t every day that you would see him not sitting across the desk with her. Clark was behind his schedule and closing in on a deadline and if he missed this one Perry White would be angry with him though that was nothing new. Pushing his glasses back on top of his nose Clark sighed before printing of a story that he had just completed. Clark looked over the story quickly before making his way to Perry’s officer, he was glad that the man wasn’t in yet. It had only been six months before he pushed planet Apokolips out into space and destroyed Darkseid and everyone seemed to have accepted Superman with open arms which has been a good thing for Clark. Yawning Clark decided that he should grab himself a cup of coffee before the day truly started and he still had a lot of work to do. Grabbing his jacket Clark placed it on, he smiled as he felt the Superman suit underneath his civilian attire. Clark slowly made his way over towards the elevator he consciously made the choice to bump into the guy carrying a lot of papers. After apologizing Clark entered the elevator. Clark pressed the button for the ground floor and leaned against the wall. It had been extremely hard for him to continue on with this disguise a mask for Clark and then be completely different when he became Superman however after a few months he had gotten used to it. Suddenly however sparks began to fly around the elevator and finally the lift stopped. Looking around to see if anyone could watch him Clark opened the door which revealed something that wasn’t the streets of Metropolis. Clark jumped out of the elevator and into some sort of field. Clark was really confused about what had just happened and where he was now. “Hello!” Clark called out wondering if anyone else was here too.

Alyosia had been wandering the woods that morning. She had been living within the trees, and found shelter in the caves. Still having trouble finding her pseudo-brother, Gabriel Stark, she had no choice but to live on her own. There was no way she was going to live in the city. She wasn’t that good with dealing with large crowds of people yet. It was because of her abilities. She really had no grasp on them yet. Even though she could suppress them by wearing gloves on her hands, it wasn’t a way to live. Besides, she found that nature was much more understanding .That’s just the way it was when you are an alien from a garden planet.
Aly slowly touch the necklace that dangled from her chest. She did this every now and again just to make sure it was there. Gabe gave it to her, called it a Bio Form necklace. Basically, it took her DNA and matched it to the humans, so she looked and acted human. Well, she was still odd, with her pale skin and hair with crystal blue eyes. The fact that she didn’t know how to talk in conversations too much made her an outsider. Whenever she needed something, say food or clothing, she stole it from the marketplace. It was quite easy when you are skilled in something like that, as well as knowing how to use a dagger and bow and arrow. It was a dangerous game though. She almost got caught last week.
This time, however, she found herself walking through the fields. Alyosia wasn’t quite sure why, but she felt like she simply had to be there. She didn’t fare well in the hot sun, mainly because it made her weak. However, the tall grasses and vegetation of the fields made it easy to hide underneath their stalks. Aly grinned to herself, her hand brushing against the grains of a wheat stalk, her barefeet crunching against the earth below. That is when she had heard it. A voice. A man’s voice calling out. She frowned. Normally in this situation she would have turned around and ran off. She didn’t bother trying to confront any creature from this land. However, curiosity got the best of her sometimes.
As quiet as she could, Aly stalked through the grasses, pushing them aside as she made her way to the source of all the noise. Peeking through, she saw a man. Her powers as an alien species gave her the ability to sense a person’s aura or spirit. The man frantically looking around as if he were lost seemed to have a good one. He also didn’t seem to be human. She only guessed that he just found himself here just like everyone else did in this world. So she stood there, staring at him, trying her best to be quiet and hidden, then again, she didn’t know the man’s abilities on being able to hear her.

Clark was extremely confused about the whole situation, he didn’t know exactly where he was though the thought of another trail set up by his father did cross his mind but he believed his trails were over. Clark span around as he looked out into the field that he was in, everything was just strange to him and Clark would never look at that elevator the same way again he just hopped that everything was real and he wasn’t dreaming or anything. Clark wondered if there was a reason why he was brought to this place or if it was just something random that happened to him, he needed to know answers he needed to know anything that could help him get back home. Clark continued to look around the place, he could have super speed around to check things out in a quick silent way but Clark decided that he should have a look around here first before doing anything else. Sighing Clark took of his glasses and whipped them clean with the end of his shirt before he placed them back on and tucked his shirt back in nicely. Clark took a few steps forwards as he tried to gain some sort of bearing on where he might actually be. Taking a breath Clark calmed himself down he wouldn’t be finding out anything when he was acting like this he needed to take things calmly. Clark looked around once more before deciding to use his super hearing. Clark heard sounds nearby that sounded like people, people in a city maybe? However Clark heard something else, something a lot closer to him. Shutting the sounds of city people out Clark glanced around before deciding to speak up once again and hopped that whoever or whatever it was friendly because he needed answers. “Hello? Anyone out there?” Clark asked as he wondered if what he heard was some animal or something else entirely. “What is this place?” Clark asked no one particular.

Alyosia peered out of the bushes in silence. She knew that he wasn’t human. Problem was, she wasn’t well versed in other types of species. She only knew about her people, and a little about earth and some of the aliens who invaded it thanks to Torchwood. Heck, she barely knew English. However, it seemed as if there was nothing bad about the man standing in front of her. His aura was good and auras never lied to her. Didn’t mean she was going to barge right up to the man and shake his hand. She never really trusted anyone. With her past, she had every right to.
He began to call out once again. However, this time it was as if he had changed the tone of his voice. He knew she was here. It gave Aly one of two choices: either to make herself known or run away. Her feet didn’t move as her breath quickened. Slowly she moved towards him, stopping just short of where the stranger was standing. He could most likely see her, since there was only a couple of stalks in front of her as she peered at him. “You are in Aldeon.” She called out. Slowly, Aly moved her hand to her knife, just in case. She won’t use it on him unless she had to.
“It’s an alternate dimension. Everyone in Aldeon was transported here from other worlds, and there is no way to get back..” Aly spoke up, making sure her face was still hidden underneath her cloak. “It’s like what humans call the medieval times.. with kings and queens… the town square is a couple miles north of here. But you won’t find what you are looking for. Like I said, we are all stuck.” Aly slowly moved into the clearing so she was in plain view, her bare toes digging into the dirt. “But most importantly.. what are you.. I can sense you.. you’re different.”

Clark continued to look around as he was sure that he heard someone around here, though it could have just been an animal but he wanted to make sure. Clark had wanted to get back to Metropolis, he couldn’t leave everyone alone there without anyone knowing where he was but he guessed that everyone would go looking for him when he didn’t return back to work. Even though Clark was gone there was a team full of heroes ready to protect the world until he had come back from wherever he was right now. Clark had hoped that he wasn’t trapped here. Clark was about to leave the fields and begin searching or at least some answers when he spotted something. Clark’s eyes fell upon a young woman who seemed to know a lot more than him which was good for Clark it meant that he could have some answers answered. Clark listened to the woman as she spoke to him explaining that he was in an place called Aledon which was strange because Clark had hear nothing about the place before now. Clark continued to listen to the woman as she explained the situation further to him, he now understood what this place was. So all this was an alternate dimension, then it would explain things a little better. “Well that answers the question I have thank you. I’d like to know how I got here in the first place. One moment I was riding an elevator down to get coffee next moment I was here.” Clark explained, however the next comment made Clark even more confused. “What are you talking about?” Clark asked with a strange look. Did she know that he wasn’t human? “I’m just like everyone else.” Clark tried to keep his secret hidden from everyone else there was only a few selected people in the world who actually knew who he was.

Alyosia wasn’t completely sure about how she felt about the man that was standing before her. She could see that he was good. His spirit had that written all over him. She also knew that he was an alien. On one part of her mind, she didn’t want to trust anyone. People had killed her whole planet, and hurt people she loved. Yet, Gabe had told her how to trust and to like people again. So was she going to go back after what he showed her? After all, if he wasn’t totally human, he would understand about her. It would be nice to have someone in Aldeon as a potential friend. The big question was, how would this man take to knowing that she wasn’t human. Especially if this wasn’t her true face.
She decided that perhaps walking into the field was some kind of fate. If he was willing to look past the fact that she was different, to be patient with her, it would be nice to have someone to talk to aside from the trees. Slowly, Alyosia walked out into the clearing, her barefeet crunching against the dead grass. Her hands went to the hood of her cloak, and with some hesitation she pulled it down. It was still her human façade though. Her pale blonde hair fell down her shoulders, being freed from the hood. Her pale blue eyes stared at him, like a deer caught in the headlights. He seemed to believe the fact that they were all sucked into an alternate dimension. That was good because there was some that had gone crazy from it.
Aly pulled her cloak close to her body. It wasn’t as if it was cold, but the afternoon sun was beating down on her. In the clearing of the field she had no shade to stand under, and the sun was her weakness. It was evident in her clamy skin. “We don’t know how we got here. All of Aldeon was doing something or another and just ended up here..” Alyosia explained. Then he denied what she already knew. Saying he was just like everyone else. She sighed. The only way she figured he would believe her if she told him she was in the same boat.
“I can see people’s spirits or auras. I can tell that not only is your spirit good but it is also not human. I know this because I…” Aly sighed, not sure if she wanted to say or not. “I too am not human.” Alyosia’s hand went to the necklace that she held around her neck. Her fingers fumbled as she unclasped it, removing it from her neck. Slowly her body began to change. Her hair was now a glittering silver, her eyes a striking violet. Her skin was a bit translucent and even though she looked human, she had gill like slits below her ears. “I have never revealed myself to anyone here. Please… don’t tell anyone. I’m not from here. I am not like these people. I was hoping maybe you understood.”

Clark was trying his best to distract this woman from thinking that he wasn’t human or anything but it would seem to him that his plan wasn’t working at all. Clark had always grown up to learn to hide his abilities and who he really was to everyone he cared about however that had been times that he revealed himself to his friends and it turned out to be alright, but how could he trust this woman in front of him he had already met her and it would seem that she knew about his secret. Clark was terribly confused about the whole situation he thought arriving he was one thing but something finding out who he really was in a matter of moments was something different completely. Clark continued to listen to her as she spoke to him and he slowly thought of some ideas on how this all could have happened. Clark had decided that it wasn’t Kryptonian technology that brought him to this world but it was something else completely, something that he would find out eventually. Clark didn’t know what to think about the situation as the woman continued to speak, he had met some amazing people with abilities and they had turned out all right there was only a handful of people that went insane or mad about their abilities and decided to be bad. Clark continued to fall silent as he watched the woman more closely. Clark wasn’t shocked when the woman revealed her true nature to Clark he did however smile at her. “I’m sorry to have mislead you. I was born on the planet Krypton before it exploded killing everyone that was on it.” Clark explained as he knew that he could trust this woman now. Clark couldn’t explain it but he just knew that he could trust her. “You do not have anything to fear from me. I won’t tell anyone about you I promise. I have a friend that’s in your shoes he’s a Martian from mars with green skin however he can change his appearance to look completely human so I understand it all.” Clark explained further.
